A Simple Guide To

Setting Healthy Boundaries

Monday November 9, 2020

5-6pm PST / 8-9pm EST

Do you have a tough time saying 'no'? Do you struggle to effectively communicate your needs, wants and desires to others?

Setting clear and healthy boundaries can increase your ability to get your needs met, maintain your self-respect, and take better care of yourself and others.

In this 1 hour workshop, I'll walk you through a simple and effective step-by-step guide on how to determine what your boundaries are, how to communicate them effectively to those around you, and how to stick to them if you receive pushback.

Want to join but can't make that time? Not to worry, all registrants will receive a recording of the live workshop that you can watch at a time that works for you. You can even send your questions in ahead of time via email so you won't miss out on the Q&A!
